Test captures of The Division using a custom GPU driver…I used to only be able to get 60fps by running the game at sub 1080p, and was only able to get a maximum of 30 at 1080p.

A combination of lowered settings, EVGA Precision K BOOST, and a custom tweaked driver helped me get these results.
